Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.

As a Service Coordinator, you will connect with our existing customers about their warranty and service requests by answering incoming calls, managing schedules for our service technicians, and resolving issues regarding their windows. You will also work directly with our operations leadership team to learn and grow in your knowledge of doors and windows. We're looking for someone with a strong personality and exceptional customer service and multi-tasking skills that thrives in a fast-paced environment to manage post-sale communication with our customers. All characteristics for this role will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our field operations team to gain information and knowledge about how each customer issue should be handled.

  • Order parts, enter data from one software to another, update reports, and other tasks pertaining to service requests.

  • Answer incoming calls from and make outbound calls to existing customers requesting service on their windows/doors.

  • Address customer concerns and work to resolve any issues they may be experiencing.

  • Manage and maintain voicemails, emails, escalated customers, and reviews.

  • Collect information and research into service requests, provide updates internally as well as externally, and make detailed notes on customer accounts throughout the service.

  • Communicate with the operations team in the field on current customer issues.

Qualifications:

  • Must have customer service experience and solving customer issues

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Comfortable utilizing a CRM system and Microsoft Office

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $20-22/hour

Schedule:

  • Onsite at our location in Carmel, IN

  • Monday-Friday; 8am-5pm
