Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist in the education industry, located in Carmel, Indiana. The selected candidate will serve as the initial point of contact for school visitors, manage phone calls, and carry out database management tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors, providing a welcoming and detail oriented presence

• Effectively manage a multi-line phone system, ensuring all calls are answered and directed appropriately

• Carry out data entry tasks, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date

• Manage the database, ensuring all records and files are organized and easily accessible

• Handle admission calls, providing accurate information and superior customer service

• Proficiently use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word for various administrative tasks

• Manage email correspondence, ensuring all communications are responded to in a timely and detail oriented manner

• Use strong interpersonal skills to interact with staff, students, and visitors

• Schedule appointments as necessary, ensuring all parties are informed of the date, time, and location. Requirements • Proficiency in answering a multi-line phone system is required.

• Excellent customer service skills are essential.

• Must be competent in data entry tasks.

• Experience with email correspondence is necessary.

• Strong interpersonal skills are crucial.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

• Experience with Microsoft Outlook is necessary.

• Must be skilled in using Microsoft Word.

• Ability to organize files efficiently is essential.

• Must be able to schedule appointments effectively.
