Clinical Architecture Project Manager, Software Development in Carmel, Indiana

About The Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic Project Manager to join our team in the Indianapolis, IN area. The Project Managers primary responsibility is to ensure an effective and efficient Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by creating and maintaining a project stack, project plans, and managing deliverables. As an integral member of the team, you will enable us to deliver high quality products on time. You will work closely with stakeholders in Product Management, Software Development, Quality Assurance, and Education.

Responsibilities

  • Define project scope and delivery dates in collaboration with Product Management.

``` - Create and execute project plans and manage project milestones/timelines.

``` - Provide project management support through the entire SDLC.

``` - Plan, track, and report project performance metrics to stakeholders and leadership.

``` - Assess and escalate risks and threats to projects.

``` - Collaborate with Product Management by managing projects and estimates within Jira Atlassian.

``` - Oversee team workloads across projects to ensure timely completion.

```{=html}

``` - Contribute to the continuous improvement of a project management framework and associated processes and templates.

``` - Effective communication is essential, both verbally and written.

```{=html}

``` - Motivated and eager to learn new skills.

``` - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

``` - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively in a team environment including group facilitation, mediation, and conflict resolution skills.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Familiarity with project management best practices, such as the PMIs Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) is required.

``` - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is strongly preferred.

``` - At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager leading complex, enterprise projects or programs.

``` - Experience working in SDLC/Agile-hybrid environments, managing projects to deliver software solutions, and working as a project manager.

``` - A working knowledge of Microsoft Project, and other project management tools is highly desirable.

``` - A working knowledge of Jira Atlassian.

```{=html}

``` - Experience in healthcare and/or familiarity with healthcare terminology is a plus.
