John Asdell with Robert Half is partnered with an Activewear company in San Diego seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst. The Sr. Analyst will be responsible for multiple P& Ls and work directly with executive leadership across the organization. This role is offered with a highly competitive total compensation package as well as hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial planning process, including annual operating plans and monthly forecasts

• Develop and maintain financial models and corporate templates to aid in achieving corporate goals and key performance indicators

• Establish strong relationships with senior management and department heads to evaluate and analyze business performance

• Provide strategic financial advice on specific business opportunities to management

• Generate, maintain, and analyze business information for monthly corporate and business department reviews and business process improvements

• Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of all financial modeling

• Conduct cost-benefit analysis for capital expenditure projects

• Streamline complex data into concise and understandable reports for management review

• Manage tight deadlines and competing priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Use appropriate tools and methods to effectively communicate complex data and topics

• Identify, communicate, and lead opportunities and risks for the business

• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support business decisions as required.

Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial analyst role

• Experience with apparel, active brands, and/or direct-to-consumer ecommerce experience is highly valuable
