Optimize and maintain key production processes through effective improvements Design and prepare DOEs to identify factors responsible for production and performance variability for all key manufacturing processes Develop real time data processing algorithms using signal processing techniques to target FDA requirements and optimize user experience for continuous glucose monitoring Increase process capability from Cpk, improve production yield, and reduce cycle time Develop hardware and software tools for live production monitoring in-process inspection for continuous manufacturing Create and verify custom metrology equipment for offline production inspection
