The Senior Manager, ESG Reporting plays a key role in coordinating with collaborators and keeping customers informed about our priorities and progress. The ideal candidate excels in a dynamic environment, communicates effectively, and understands competitive and regulatory dynamics.

The Senior Manager collaborates with different teams to shape and coordinate our ESG roadmap, ensuring successful implementation. They have a competence for detail and a strong intuition for business, centralizing ESG disclosures for external reporting and stakeholder engagement. They also contribute to annual reports and CSR-related communications.

What will you do?

  • Centralize and contextualize the company’s ESG roadmap, translating it into project plans that advance initiatives and drive accountability for results

  • Regularly coordinate and communicate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to lead well-planned, cross-functional initiatives that engage various teams, including legal, finance, sustainability, human resources, sourcing and communications

  • Lead end-to-end development of annual CSR Report and actively engage on other corporate publications, regulatory filings and ESG content and communications

  • Coordinate CSRD compliance assessment to prioritize ESG impacts, risks and opportunities

  • Partner with IT and finance to strengthen data management, controls and disclosure procedures

  • Manage ESG ratings and rankings performance through a standardized process

  • Coordinate CSR associate and ensure timely and accurate responses to collaborator inquiries

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of professional experience preferred

  • Adaptable leader and seasoned project manager with minimum 10 years of progressive experience in ESG, sustainability or corporate strategy (required)

  • Outstanding written communication skills with minimum 5 years leading complex reporting projects and proven copy-editing skills (required)

  • Exceptional focus on detail, a strong sense of urgency, and excellent organizational skills to consistently produce high-quality results in a fast-paced environment with strict timelines.

  • Motivated by change management and experienced in distilling large amounts of information to shape recommendations that support strategic decision making

  • Proven ability to interpret the broader ESG landscape to shape strategy while possessing the detail and process orientation to drive data integrity, consistency and governance

  • Possesses understanding of global ESG regulatory landscape, frameworks and ratings

  • Experience integrating and driving adoption of new technology solutions preferred

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required; MBA or PMP or equivalent experience preferred

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $118,100.00–$212,675.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
