We are seeking an Office Coordinator to join our team located in the main office, in Carlsbad, CA. This position is responsible for providing professional, general administrative support, office coordination, reception services and accounting support. This position is Part-Time, approximately 24hrs per week. Ideal candidate would be available M-W-F from 8am-4:30pm.

$21-24ph DOE

• Two or more years in an administrative role (with heavy emphasis on data entry) experience required.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet, etc.) required.
• A high school degree or equivalent is the minimum formal education required for this position.
• Intermediate grammar and spelling skills required.
• Experience or knowledge of the construction industry and basic accounting is highly desired.
