ABOUT THE JOB:

Machine Operator jobs require candidates to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where media blasting of parts per detailed job sheets is essential. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality blasting results and meeting Finishing Department expectations. If you meet the qualifications listed below, apply now!

RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:

• Work closely with the Post-Process Lead and the Finishing department to ensure proper media blasting.

• Perform detailed work instructions as listed on the job sheet and verify parts against drawings.

• Visually inspect parts for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.

• Maintain equipment and media levels, and ensure they are changed according to client specifications.

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.

• Ability to read, understand, and execute detailed job instructions.

• Excellent hand coordination and attention to detail.

• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.

• Able to accomplish tasks independently with minimal supervision.

PAY / SCHEDULE:

The pay rate for Machine Operator jobs starts at $20/hr., plus overtime as needed. Currently, we have opportunities available on the following shifts:
