Fluidra is looking for a Contract Customer Operations Specialist to join our team in Carlsbad, CA.
WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
The Customer Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of services to internal customers, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining efficient operational processes. This role requires a blend of strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and operational efficiency to support both internal teams. The Specialist plays a vital role in improving customer satisfaction and streamlining operational workflows. Additionally, you will:
Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat channels.
Address and resolve customer queries, issues, and complaints in a timely manner.
Follow up on customer requests to ensure satisfaction and resolution.
Process orders, cancellation, updates and split them based on Purchasing request.
Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of customer accounts.
Coordinate with Purchasing to resolve any issues related to customer orders or accounts.
Monitor and identify opportunities for improvement in operational processes.
Suggest, implement, and support improvements to enhance the efficiency of customer service operations.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflow and reduce bottlenecks.
Maintain detailed records of OPOR/OSOR, cleaning process.
Generate reports on OPOR/OSOR issues, resolution timelines, and feedback.
Assist in maintaining system accuracy.
Work closely with other departments such as Purchasing, Planning, Customer service, Warehouse, logistics to ensure smooth Order management.
Occasional overtime may be required to meet customer needs or operational demands.
WHAT WE SEEK
Previous experience in customer service, operations, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work alone and on a team
Manage large amount of data and excellent Excell skills
Ability to handle complex customer issues and resolve them efficiently.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency with customer service software and CRM systems
Detail-oriented and adept at managing multiple priorities.
Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to tasks.
If possible Epicor MRP user if possible but is not a most
EDUCATION
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, communications, or related field preferred.
