Description

Our client is currently looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join their team. They are a dynamic and growing organization, offering a fantastic opportunity for a self-starter who values meticulousness, coordination, and efficiency. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining financial records including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments, thereby ensuring accuracy in all transactions, ledgers, and financial reports.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining all financial records such as purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.

• Balance and maintain accurate ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.

• Compile reports on financial matters for management.

• Develop monthly financial statements that include cash flow, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets.

• Prepare and complete tax forms and returns, workers’ compensation forms, and pension contribution forms.

  Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as a successful Bookkeeper.

• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.

• Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage financial records.

• Accuracy and attention to detail.

• Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills.
