Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team for an exciting opportunity. The ideal candidate will have a college degree and prior experience in accounts payable, along with proficiency in NetSuite software.

Responsibilities:

• Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.

• Perform invoice and general ledger data entry.

• Handle vendor correspondence via phone or email.

• Assist with monthly status reports, and monthly closings.

• Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies.

• Prepare analysis of vendor accounts, as requested.

• Ensure checks are issued in a timely manner.

  Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance.

• Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist.

• Experience with NetSuite or similar accounting software is required.

• Strong problem-solving skills and basic accounting principles knowledge.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
