Experienced HVAC/Plumbing Foreman for coordination and oversight of manpower and materials at assigned Commerical and Industrial jobsites as well as the jobsite point of contact for customer(s).  Prefer experience in the HVAC/Plumbing field along with Foreman/Supervisory experience.  

Essential job functions include but are not limited to:  study of building plans and working drawings to determine work aids required and sequence of installations, utilize appropriate paperwork to order necessary materials and supplies ahead of time along with corrdinating delivery with appropriate personnel or third party vendors to the jobsite, contact and coordinate subcontractors, follow up with vendors, inventory control, required jobsite paperwork, communication with Project Managers or Supervisors, safety.

Qualifications include but are not limited to: current valid PA driver's license, high school diploma or GED, completion of apprenticeship program preferred, knowledge of construction trade(s), advanced knowledge of employment trade.
