Seasonal/Temporary work from 3/7/25 - 12/15/25.

Worker will be required to perform a variety such as: Observe and listen to machinery operation to detect equipment malfunctions; Manipulate controls to set, activate, and adjust mechanisms on machinery for cultivating, planting, spraying, watering, harvesting, moving, storing crops; Operate or tend large, high horsepower farm equipment (much of which is equipped with John Deere or Case IH GPS) used in agricultural production such as tractor, harvester, planter, grain cart, tillage tool to produce crops such as soybeans, corn, cotton, peanuts; Adjust farm machinery and notify supervisors when machinery malfunctions; Irrigate soil using portable pipes, center pivot, or ditch systems and maintain ditches or pipes and pumps; Assess field condition for planting, moisture needs for watering, and crop maturity for harvest; Speak and understand English.
