Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a 2024 -2025 Intern Integrated Program Planner. In this role, you will attend integrated planning meetings in coordination with projects being worked. Assists with schedule builds, collecting and assigning health metrics. Develops PSMSs for new projects, and assists in converting existing PSMSs from one software program to other scheduling software/tools. The successful candidate will gain experience in building logical, dependency linked schedules, tracking and collecting Earned Value Metrics, and interfacing with team members and Navy customers. Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:

• Working toward a Bachelor's in Project Management or other related Planning/Business degree from an Accredited University of College.

• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office tool suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Demonstrates extreme organizational skills and calendar management

Desired Skills:

• Planning tool knowledge (MS Project, Open Plan, Primevera, or like tool).

• Demonstrates knowledge of common planning practices.

• Demonstrates knowledge of Project Management best practices.

• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office tool suite (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint)

• Demonstrates effective communication skills

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
