Job Descriptions:

We are seeking a Activity Security Lead to join our team in Cape Canaveral. The ideal candidate must hold a Top Secret Clearance, with SCI eligibility, and possess 7-10 years experience working in classified environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet SCI and other classified requirements by managing billet plans, access rosters, and personnel files to ensure compliance

• Lead the contractor security support with task tracking and prioritization. Provide training, guidance, and feedback to team members

• Facilitate and support meetings for both internal and external customers. Foster strong relationships with other organizations and provide exceptional support to government and industry customers

• Ensure compliance with DoDM 5205.07 and Intelligence Community Directions (ICDs)

• Apply and adapt standard techniques to perform complex tasks with minimal guidance

• Ensure security compliance with classified information regulations, particularly within the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC)

• Implement and maintain security procedures for sensitive projects and facilities, including access control

• Assist government customers with compliance inspections

• Track and ensure compliance with annual security training requirements

• Process personnel clearances, including collateral, SCi, and other initial and ongoing reporting requirements

Required Experience:

• Top Secret Clearance/SCI Eligibility

• Proven experience working in classified environments

• Familiarity with DoDM 5205.07 and Intelligence Community Directions (ICDs)

• Ability to execute intricate tasks with minimal supervision and cultivate the same proficiency in team members

• Strong understanding of security compliance with classified information regulations
