Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Payroll Administrator in CANTON, Massachusetts, United States. This role will be based in the office and will be instrumental in supporting the payroll department's functions in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities include:

• Utilizing ADP WorkforceNow software for payroll processing activities

• Collaborating with a team to handle payroll for a significant number of employees

• Performing audits to ensure accuracy and compliance in payroll processing

• Administering 401k - RRSP and other benefits

• Handling various accounting functions related to payroll

• Using accounting software systems for efficient workflow

• Addressing and resolving payroll-related inquiries and issues

• Ensuring the accuracy of employee time tracking through the 'About Time' system

• Regularly updating and maintaining accurate payroll records. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now

• Knowledge of 401k - RRSP Administration

• Experience with About Time software

• Understanding of various Accounting Functions

• Auditing skills and experience

• Familiarity with Benefit Functions
