  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues to identify and repair equipment or machines.

  • Plan repair work using drawings or equipment manuals as needed.

  • Conduct general repairs that do not require specialized technicians (e.g., drywall repairs, painting, and fixing doors or other fixtures). - Perform routine maintenance on material transfer piping.

  • Weld, fabricate, and repair metal equipment.

  • Order and track supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in electrical systems, PLC controls, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.

  • Maintain production machinery and ensure the functionality of electrical and mechanical systems.

Training, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • Minimum of three years of experience in production maintenance.

  • At least three years of experience working with electrical circuits (12 volts to 480 volts).

  • A minimum of three years of experience maintaining process control systems.

  • At least three years of experience troubleshooting and correcting PLC and drive-controlled machine malfunctions.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

Pay Range: $31/hr-$35/hr.

salary: $64,480 - $70,720 per year

work hours: 7 PM - 7 AM

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • wearing steel toe shoes
