*This position will work onsite, primarily on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 8:30-4:30, with some flexibility needed. (Typically 24 hrs/week, no more than 32 hrs)

Job Summary

To provide administrative and clerical support to all departments at the reporting location.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact with visitors and customers - greet and direct visitors in a polite and professional manner

  • Answer telephone calls, on a multi-line console, in a polite, professional and timely manner. Provide callers with useful information, alternatives, and referrals as appropriate

  • Assist with general administrative support including meeting coordination, setup, reservations, invitations, etc

  • Compose and distribute mail and correspondence while maintaining confidentiality with respect to proprietary trade, business and client matters

  • Maintain and procure office supplies when necessary including toner and copy paper supplies for building office equipment, kitchen supplies, and general office supplies

  • Manage cleanliness of kitchenette

  • Create mail merges, spreadsheets, graphs and presentations by obtaining, compiling, and organizing data

  • Work with associated software systems and databases to set up vendors and process invoices for payment

  • Assist other departments as needed

  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications for Position

  • Two years recent logistical or related administrative support experience

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Effective Communication

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently

  • Commitment to quality

  • Demonstrated adaptability

  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships

Salary Range:

$33,400.00 - $46,800.00
