Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Billing Clerk in Canonsburg, PA to handle incoming calls and payments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving issues related to billing, and processing payments. The Billing Clerk will also manage account balances and detect any discrepancies.

Responsibilities:

• Answering calls, listening to customer needs, and answering their queries accurately.

• Processing payments from customers, ensuring all transactions are completed accurately and on time.

• Reviewing account balances, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.

• Keeping records of all transactions, updating billing system and customer files.

• Working closely with the accounting team to set up payment plans and discuss overdue accounts.

• Using software and databases to enter data and process information.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and billing software.

• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.

• Exceptional customer service skills.

• Basic understanding of accounting and payment processes.

• Strong organizational and data entry skills.
