Position Overview
This is a skilled position requiring the employee to answer phone calls and transfer messages as needed. Support customer needs and create truck tickets daily. The person will support the office supply orders and generate daily reports. This position will require the selected candidate to work in Caon City CO.
Wage ranges from $18.00 to $21.00 per hour dependent on experience.
Answer phones and direct calls as appropriate Bill customers as appropriate Receive payments and make daily deposits Tend to walk-in customers Prioritize tasks and effectively manage time Scale and ticket trucks Create a deposit log for all payments daily Order office supplies Run product reports daily and accounting reports as necessary Track daily production reports Provide top-quality customer service skills Other duties as assigned per supervisor.

Education/Experience High school diploma or General Education Degree GED is preferred.
Work Requirements One (1) to Two (2) years previous related experience/training is preferred.

Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to write clearly and effectively.
