Description We are offering a contract for an Accounts Payable role in the service industry, located in CANFIELD NT, Ohio, United States. The Accounts Payable will act as a primary point of contact with customers and vendors, coordinating with our back office.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring direct and efficient communication with vendors

• Receiving invoices through mail or email and accurately entering them into the system

• Scanning and forwarding invoices to the BPO

• Keeping track and maintaining records of invoices

• Handling and responding to customer and vendor inquiries via telephone

• Utilizing basic office equipment and demonstrating essential office skills in daily tasks

• Managing accounts payable and ensuring all financial data is up to date. Requirements • Proficient in Accounts Payable (AP) functions

• Ability to effectively scan and organize documents

• Experience in handling customer invoices

• Proficiency in entering vendor invoices

• Familiarity with basic office equipment operations

• Possess basic office skills such as filing, typing, and data entry

• Ability to work in a service industry environment
