Job Description

Pacific Medical Group - Canby, of Praxis Health, has been a pillar in the community, providing care to multiple generations of families for the last 50 years! We are seeking a dedicatedNurse Practitioner (NP)with at least 2 years experience, or aPhysician Assistant (PA)with at least 3 years experience, within an out-patient Primary Care clinic to join our team.

Benefit Highlights:

  • Full-time - 4 day workweek

  • Compensation: $120,000 - $180,000/year

  • Relocation assistance

Minimum Qualifications

Required Qualifications & Abilities:

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Nurse Practitioner within an out-patient Primary Care clinic

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Physician Assistant within an out-patient Primary Care clinic

  • Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license

  • Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients

  • Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics

  • Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications

  • In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Respect for patient's confidentiality

  • Compassionate and approachable

  • Responsible and trustworthy

  • Attend work regularly and on time

General Physical Requirements

  • While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.

  • The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch.

  • The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

  • Work Environment: Combination of medical office and exam/procedure room settings.
