*Full time, nights, 40 hours/week
Main Function:
The Operating Room Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of patient care in the Perioperative setting utilizing the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The RN coordinates nursing care to patients, provides a safe patient environment, and delegates and supervises activities of ancillary personnel while maintaining the standards of professional nursing practice.
Qualifications:
Required – NYS licensed registered nurse
Current BLS certification
Preferred – CNOR
Education:
Required - graduate of approved school of nursing
Preferred – BSN
Experience:
Preferred - one year med/surg experience
Preferred – OR experience
Position Pay Range: $37.00-50.00/hour
Shift differentials will apply
Starting pay range: Based on experience
