Job Description: Business Development Executive - Food Testing Services

Position Summary

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting BVAQ's food testing services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the food safety industry.

Our job performance is within the framework of the BV Quality Assurance System, QHSE policy, Codes of Ethics and BV Group’s policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities in the food and beverage industry.

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company growth targets.

  • Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and acquire new clients by presenting BVAQ's food testing services and capabilities.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals and quotations to clients, ensuring alignment with their needs and requirements.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market intelligence, and provide regular reports to management.

  • Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and stay updated on industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in food testing or related industry.

  • Skills :

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

  • Fluency in Vietnamese and English.
