Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST (SAR WF) in the USMC COMMAND ECHELON, Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton located at MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP PENDLETON. Responsibilities You will perform conflict management services to assist in resolving issues or refers for mediation/ alternative dispute resolution. You will refer complaints of equal opportunity and prohibited activities and conduct to available support services. You will provide briefings or training on command climate issues and prohibited activities and conduct for supported commands.
