Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST (SAR WF) in the USMC COMMAND ECHELON, Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton located at MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP PENDLETON. Responsibilities You will perform conflict management services to assist in resolving issues or refers for mediation/ alternative dispute resolution. You will refer complaints of equal opportunity and prohibited activities and conduct to available support services. You will provide briefings or training on command climate issues and prohibited activities and conduct for supported commands. You will develop and maintain effective relationships to promote awareness of Equal Opportunity programs, command policies, goals and objectives. You will assign work based on priorities, task difficulty and the capabilities of employees. You will resolve subordinate grievances, complaints and problems. You will establish performance standards, objectives and conduct performance evaluation for subordinates. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
