Immediate Office of the Chief of Naval Operations ALL-DOMAIN JOINT FIRES COORDINATOR in Camp H.M. Smith Marine Corp Base, Hawaii

Summary You will serve as an ALL-DOMAIN JOINT FIRES COORDINATOR in the JOINT INNOVATION AND EXPERIMENTATION DIVISION of HEADQUARTERS US INDO-PACIFIC COMMAND. Responsibilities You will coordinate and execute targeting efforts for theater integrated Joint targeting to support operations. You will direct intelligence collection to support command priorities in order to optimize efficiency of integrated joint fires and unity of effort. You will provide targeting expertise in the execution of war plans, force protection, manned and unmanned platform operations, and special munition considerations. You will facilitate Joint fires targeting operations for the headquarters and subordinate commands by advocating for intelligence support from other combatant commands. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Creating policy and guidance on integrated joint all-domain fires and associated intelligence support the targeting and assessment of desired effects; 2) Reviewing standing target folders to understand the most urgent threats and key vulnerabilities; 3) Supporting targeting aspects of theater integrated joint fires execution to include engagement, target selection, attack policy, or guidance for maneuver of operational forces; and 4) Coordinating sensor to shooter pairing to contribute to integrated Joint fires response options.
