The franchised Trademark by Wyndham location in Camp Hill , Pennsylvania is seeking a Front Office Operations Manager (Franchise) to join its team at the Penn Harris Hotel and Convention Center.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Front Office Operations Manager to lead our Front Office team. This key position will oversee all aspects of the Hotel’s Front Office, including supervising the Front Office Manager, Night Manager, and staff. The ideal candidate will ensure that all policies and procedures are being followed by staff, monitor guest satisfaction, and maintain procedures for credit control and handling of financial transactions.

What you'll do

  • Lead and manage the Front Office team, ensuring exceptional service standards are met.

  • Oversee the Front Office Manager, Night Manager, and front office staff.

  • Ensure adherence to hotel policies and procedures by the front office team.

  • Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements as needed.

  • Maintain and enforce procedures for credit control and handling of financial transactions.

  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.

  • Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively.

You'll be successful if you have

  • At least 3 years of hotel front office leadership experience.

  • Knowledge of computer software, with Opera experience preferred.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle financial transactions accurately and responsibly.

  • Commitment to providing exceptional guest service.

Required Qualifications/Experience

  • At least 3 years of hotel front office leadership experience.

  • Knowledge of computer software, with Opera experience preferred.
