GANNETT FLEMING INC Entry Level Water Engineer in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania

Reference #: GAFLUS202411532EXTERNALENUS What You Will Do: Gannett Fleming is seeking a dynamic and driven Entry Level Water Engineer to work in our Camp Hill, PA office. Successful candidates will use their technical abilities to assist Project Managers and Project Engineers with water, wastewater and stormwater services and help our public and private clients meet their engineering needs, while working in a dynamic team setting.

Responsibilities: Participate in the planning, design and construction administration of water, wastewater and municipal infrastructure facilities/projects Conduct site visits, surveys and inspections, and assist with data collection and compilation for utility infrastructure projects Prepare reports Develop design plans, specifications and cost estimates Review Subdivision, Land Development, Grading and Zoning plans, including review and development of Stormwater Management and Erosion and Sediment Control plans Prepare federal, state and local permit applications Perform construction observation and field engineering services Prepare grant/funding applicationsEducation | Experience: Bachelor of Science in Civil or Environmental Engineering. 0 - 2 years' of related experience in water/wastewater engineering. Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to assist in/conduct effective client presentations and prepare written reports Experience working with municipal and private utilities is a plus Progressive experience in evaluation, design, permitting and construction administration of infrastructure improvements will be favorably considered Physically able to perform work in the field Team player possessing strong planning and organizational skills Must be proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite and use of standard engineering software Working knowledge of BIM, Civil 3D, GIS, hydraulic/hydrologic  modeling and other specialty engineering software also beneficialCompany Overview: At Gannett Fleming, we believe in improving the lives of the people we serve.
