About Resolution Ranch Academy Our therapeutic boarding school offers a nurturing environment where teenage boys can find unconditional support and guidance. Since 2004, we have helped many teenagers suffering from a variety of diagnoses including:

• Depression
• Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (AD/HD)
• Alcohol and drug addiction

Duties: Direct Support Professionals will handle the supervision of young men in daily activities which includes being a mentor, leading groups, aiding residents to follow the rules and structure of the program. Positions available: Multiple 12-hour shift positions available with flexible start times to include but not limited to 7am-7pm, 10am-10pm, etc. One overnight shift position available. Additional incentive pays for those on shift staying the night on property. PRN positions are a possibility as well to work around your schedule. Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED
• At least 21 years of age
• Ability to pass a background check,
• TB Test
• Drug test.
• Training in CPR/First aid, Emergency Behavior intervention and other related training will be provided.

Pay: Pay range is between $12-$20 per hour depending on position, schedule, education and experience.
