Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a UKG / Workday Program Manager to sit remote and work EST hours for a large CPG company. This role will need to travel to Camden, NJ occasionally for workshops, kick off meetings, etc. This Program Manager will be hitting the ground running and will be working on integrating Workday with UKG specifically Kronos and WFM Pro). Currently, 90% of the development is done and they are starting functional testing in December. The 1st go live will be early March followed by the 2nd in May and 3rd in June. The project has 5 different workstreams which this person will need to create one master plan for. Currently, people dont know where they stand today or when deliverables are due, so this person will need to come in and hold vendors accountable for key milestones, dates, and raise risks and escalation. This PM will also manage the budget of project throughout its lifecycle; update and publish monthly forecasting, actuals, and benefits. They will work with all functional managers throughout project to define and monitor resource requirements/constraints and communicate/resolve resource issues as well as hold project kick-off meeting to review specifications, schedule and team roles and responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have been a Program Manager over a UKG / Workday transformation project and have strong experience with Kronos and WFM Pro. Pay is around 75/hr.

Skills and Requirements

-10+ years of recent experience as a Program Manager in a customer facing role

-5+ years of recent experience implementing UKG and Workday transformation projects

-Strong experience making program plans and planning for go lives through execution

-Knowledge of SAAS Platforms, Upgrades, Refresh and License management

-Ability to collaborate and hold vendors accountable for key milestones, dates and raise risks and escalation in timely fashion

-Strong proficiency in MS Office applications including MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint null
