ManpowerGroup Learning & Development Coordinator (Training Specialist III) in Camden, New Jersey

Our client, in Food Industry is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to join their team. As a L&D Coordinator, you will have administrative and project coordination experience which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Learning and Development Coordinator

Location: Hybrid role in Camden, NJ ( 3 days a week, Tues, Wed, Thur - hours will be 9-5 pm)

Pay Range: Based on the experience

What’s the Job?

The Learning & Development Coordinator is responsible for the following levels of support:

L&D Team Coordination

• Provide administrative support to L&D team processes. This includes but is not limited to: recording meeting notes, providing meeting summaries, creating detailed project plans, and ensuring team project timelines are communicated and prioritized.

Program Management

• Collaborate with L&D Team and internal stakeholders to ensure successful learner experiences across all training programs. This includes but is not limited to: serving as technical producer for virtual training sessions, scheduling 360 report debriefs, meetings, and training sessions; managing participant sessions, updating rosters, editing program materials, managing participant graduation requirements; collaborating with stakeholders and managing technical troubleshooting for all participant issues that may arise with system access.

Data Analysis and Reporting

• Collaborate with L&D team and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely data tracking and creating ad hoc reports. Manage data collection and surveys for course programs, conduct data analysis and identify themes/recommendations using the survey data, and create executive level summaries with data analysis.

Vendor Management

• Select, manage, and maintain effective business partnerships with vendors, negotiating and managing vendor contractual agreements to ensure implementation and delivery of quality and cost-effective L&D solutions.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of administrative, program coordination, or corporate experience required.

• The candidate will be highly organized, professionally persistent, highly collaborative, and be motivated to make a meaningful impact across all levels

• Superior project management skills, ability to define a roadmap, identify resources needed to make it happen, and execute with excellence.

• Excellent written communication and customer service skills.

• Great analytical capability, ability to take multiple data/information points and derive insights to shape solutions.
