How you will make history here... Develop and execute the Club channel strategy across the Campbell Snacks portfolio - inclusive of new item commercialization, demand forecasting, performance reporting, customer engagement, and innovation pipeline development. Set the vision and agenda for Campbell Snacks within the Club channel. What you will do... Set the vision and agenda for Campbell Snacks business within the Club channel: Leverage brand strategies in combination with consumer, category, and channel trends to identify, launch, and scale new items across Club retailers to accelerate portfolio growth. Lead cross functional teams through commercialization process of existing and future Club channel projects to deliver commercially and financially viable items. Work closely with Sales Strategy and Brand teams to ensure demand forecast accuracy of Club channel items, adjusting as appropriate based on category, channel, and brand trends. Own the performance reporting for the Club channel, providing a monthly business review to key stakeholders with recommended actions to fuel growth across the portfolio. Partner with Category Management and Sales Strategy to develop best in class selling materials to engage retailers on new items, focusing on the consumer need and category opportunity. Provide strong leadership to create direction and inspire greatness with cross functional teams; a "can do" attitude will be necessary to overcome obstacles and motivate the team to deliver strong results. Develop the 3-year innovation pipeline for the Club channel to drive sustainable growth across the Snacks division. Coach and develop one (1) direct report. Who you will work with... Brand Teams Sales Strategy & Field Sales Teams Finance Team Supply Chain & Commercialization Teams What you will bring to the table... Bachelor's Degree. 5+ years of experience in consumer brand management OR Club channel sales. CPG and/or food CPG experience. Proven track record of setting a clear strategy and driving execution with cross-functional partners. Strong experience with POS/Panel Data to inform strategy and decision-making across multiple functions to drive growth. Proven track record of driving profitable growth from product innovation: concept to commercialization.
