Lockheed Martin Performance Management Team Analyst / Camden, AR in Camden, Arkansas

Description:

You will be a Performance Management Team Analyst for the Camden Operations team. Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) is a recognized designer, developer and manufacturer of precision engagement aerospace and defense systems for the U.S. and allied militaries. MFC develops, manufactures, and supports advanced combat, missile, rocket, manned and unmanned systems for military customers that include the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, NASA and dozens of foreign allies.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Performance Management Team Analyst, you will be responsible for performing a variety of activities in support of functional areas such as finance, purchasing, or human resources or for a specific project/business/technical unit. Your responsibilities will include:

•Gather, collects, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources.

•Compiles, reviews and analyzes data.

•Uses software for functional area, to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations.

•Provides data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures.

•Attends all PMT (Performance Management Team) meetings on a regular weekly basis for assigned team(s)

•Assists PMT leader in keeping PMT meeting on track, prepare and plan for meetings, and ensure those responsible for productivity items are aware of assignments

•Records and updates productivity items for the PMT

•Statuses productivity items to be addressed at the next meeting

•Pulls data and enters it into the team scorecard

•Participates in team recognition events

•Records attendance for the PMT meeting

•Maintains Team Roster with Team Leader

•Acts as team liaison to communicate issues pertaining to reports, and roster updates to PMT Business Partners

•Provides overall support of the PMT process with input from the PMT Business Partner

•Assists the PMT Business Partner as needed in establishing new PMTs

•Communicates organizational information to the team

•Promotes team growth and engagement

•Uses P-card to make purchases in support of site Production Operations including, but not limited to office supplies, tools, and other misc. items.

•Occasional support of Product Management in different program areas.

•Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point

Ability to communicate effectively across multiple functions and levels of employees/management.

Ability to work closely and successfully with PMT Business Partners to support site and enterprise level PMT initiatives

Ability to work in teams

Desired Skills:

Experience in a production environment

Knowledge and understanding of the PMT process

SAP experience

Experience using P-card for purchases

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
