Lockheed Martin Engineering Aide in Camden, Arkansas
Description:
You will be the Engineering Aide for the Integration, Test & Evaluation function in Camden, AK. Our team is responsible for supporting the production test facility, ensuring the successful testing and evaluation of products.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Engineering Aide, you will be responsible for performing fabrication updates, soldering repairs, and preventative maintenance on test equipment, as well as maintaining calibration rotations and monitoring process controls. You will work under moderate supervision, with a minimum of 40 hours per week commitment and occasional overtime required.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Performing fabrication updates and soldering repairs to test equipment
• Maintaining calibration rotations of test equipment
• Performing preventative maintenance on test equipment and RF range subsystems
• Implementing tests, collecting results, and providing oral and/or written reports
• Monitoring process controls, materials, and supplies
• Advising test operators and informing engineers regarding processes, procedures, and equipment

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance. An Interim Secret Clearance is required to start.
Basic Qualifications:
• Prior Certification or ability to certify to J-STD-001, IPC-7711/IPC-7721
• Ability to fabricate electrical test equipment designs from a blueprint of the layout, schematic, bill of material, and engineering practices manual as guidelines.
• 1 year minimum experience in a prototype fabrication environment for electrical test equipment, or other fabrication environments including cable and harness, SMT board fabrication, or maintenance of military design product.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting and fault isolation of components using general purpose and/or automated test equipment
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of programs
• Ability to obtain a SAP clearance.
Desired Skills:
• Experience with troubleshooting and fault isolation of fielded test equipment.
• Experience with data base tracking systems including the service request system.
• Experience interfacing with engineers to help to develop prototype designs.
• Knowledge of basic avionics and electronics
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
