The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. The F&B Supervisor will be responsible for training and supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Additionally, the F&B Supervisor will assist in developing and implementing promotional activities and special events to drive revenue and enhance the overall dining experience for our guests. This role offers a unique opportunity for growth and development in the food and beverage industry. Responsibilities may include supervising any area of the food and beverage function within the hotel.

Qualifications:

• A warm and outgoing personality with a passion for customer service.

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.

• Refined verbal and written communication skills.

• At least 2 years' experience in F&B positions preferred, lead or supervisor experience is a plus!

• Must be able to lift/push/pull moderate weight.

• Must have flexible shift availability as well as availability to work weekends and holidays.

• Ideal candidate should have high energy, strong organizational skills, motivational leadership skills, ability to provide exceptional customer service, and be an effective team player.
