The Assistant Outlet Manager-F&B supports the Outlet Director in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, ensuring smooth daily functions, while maintaining high standards and guest satisfaction. Also, acting as a key support role to the manager in running the restaurants effectively.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee the seamless operation of our Restaurant, as a pivotal role in the day-to-day management.

• Lead the training and development initiatives for all team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvements.

• Work hands-on with the F&B team to drive constant improvement and innovation in service and offerings.

• Efficiently manage rosters and payroll costs to optimize operational efficiencies.

• Strive for excellence in guest experience scores, ensuring that every visit exceeds expectations.

• Implement effective ordering and stock control measures to maintain optimal inventory levels.

• Ensure a high level of service excellence to enhance the overall guest experience.

• Address guest feedback and concerns promptly and professionally.

• Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, emphasizing the importance of outstanding guest service.

• Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications:

• Self-motivated with strong leadership, communication and administration skills. 

• A passion for F&B and pride in ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.

• Previous experience in restaurant management, preferably within a hotel setting.

• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including bar service.

• Familiarity with restaurant management software and hotel property management systems.

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing guest demands.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
