New Hire Rate: ($17/hr)
MA Driver’s lic ense is required.

Responsibilities:
Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and mark tickets of findings
Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to Supervisors, the Facility Manager.
Respond to visitors’ questions in a prompt and courteous manner.
Ensure keys and tickets are organized and in appropriate areas.
Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients.
· Direct staff parking during shift change
· Basic door security to ensure residents do not pass-through doorway
· Seasonal tasks such as snow removal, placing down salt, raking leaves, etc. in valet space
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
· Driver's License (Required)
· High school or equivalent (Preferred)
· Customer service: 2 years (Required)
· US work authorization (Preferred)
Requirements : Must possess the following skill sets to qualify for this position!
Ability to multi-task
Strong decision-making skills
Proficient knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Word, a plus
Strong communicator
Excellent organizational skills
Should have a good personality & be able to work well with others
