Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Technical Accounting Manager in Cambridge, Massachusetts. This role is in the finance industry and will require someone who can guide the team in refining and expanding the use of our recently launched MD365 Finance and Supply Chain system. The successful candidate will also need to manage a variety of accounting functions.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize your knowledge of Accounting Software Systems to ensure accurate processing and reporting.

• Provide support for a variety of accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Collaborate with the team to refine and expand the use of our MD365 Finance and Operations system.

• Implement the finance system in international locations, such as Thailand.

• Assist with daily operations on the team, stepping in to manage workflow as needed.

• Contribute to the closing of books, offering support for treasury, AP, and Payroll functions.

• Leverage your experience with ADP - Financial Services to enhance our financial operations.

• Use your skills in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to improve efficiency and accuracy.

• Help the team with troubleshooting and learning the new system, answering questions as they arise.

• Play a key role in our organization's growth and international expansion, helping us to prepare for an IPO in the next year to two years. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Proficient with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems

• Ability to manage all Accounting Functions

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Proficient in Dynamics CRM

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

• Knowledge of Treasury functions
