Intune is the control plane that IT admins around the world use to manage their device endpoint's configuration, security posture, and performance. We are building products that instill confidence in our admins, helping them to navigate the waters of securing their organization's assets while still ensuring their users can each achieve more. We do this in the face of constant security threats, changing environmental factors, and an ever-growing landscape of devices. By continually expanding our customers' datasets for and relying on AI, we can aid the IT admin in delivering on their device management goals. We’re on the lookout for a talented, passionate, and technically deep Principal Product Manager to help build the next wave of capabilities in our Intune console and Security Copilot. You will balance creativity, curiosity, technical expertise to drive challenging projects to successful completion. You will collaboratively work with engineers, designers, product managers, and data scientists to take ambiguous projects and mold them into amazing experiences to delight our customers. All the while, you will use the learnings of customer engagements on these projects to adjust the vision and strategic direction.

Responsibilities
Customer and Market Analysis : Identify unmet customer needs and market opportunities through quantitative and qualitative analyses. Provide insights to stakeholders and guide market/user research, competitive analysis, and industry trend examination.
Service Definition : Define and influence the long-term vision and strategy for multiple feature areas. Communicate product strategy to internal and external customers, building consensus through various methods.
Service Development : Engage with cross-functional partners and stakeholders to gather input and support for product/service vision and roadmap. Define feature sets and collaborate with Design teams to ensure functionality and product vision alignment.
Service Performance : Collect and analyze performance metrics to drive product/feature development and improvement. Utilize customer feedback and telemetry to form hypotheses, perform experiments, and iterate on solutions.
Customer Engagement : Build trust with key customers, capturing feedback and insights throughout the product.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Data Science, Data Analysis, Finance, Mathematics, Economics or related field AND 8+ years experience in cloud product/program management or software development.
OR equivalent experience.
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Data Science, Data Analysis, Finance, Mathematics, Economics or related field AND 12+ years of experience in cloud product/program management or software development.
OR equivalent experience.
Product Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $137,600 - $267,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $180,400 - $294,000 per year.
