About the role:

As a member of Takeda Oncology, as an Associate Director, your work will contribute to our bold, inspiring vision: We aspire to cure cancer. As part of the US Patient Value & Access team, you will report to Head of US Patient Value & Access and work with US Patient Value & Access (PVA) internal partners and external partners.

How you will contribute:

  • Maintain alignment on and progress towards team goals by serving as a thought partner to the head of PVA on identifying emerging issues and prioritization for the team

  • Support the Head of PVA on governance and planning for the team

  • Support the PVA strategy, deployment and pull-through for the team and company

  • Project management initiatives in Trade & Distribution, Patient Access & Support, Strategic Account Management, Payer Marketing and Contracts, Pricing & Analytics. This person will work to help plan, execute, de-risk and communicate work in support of our most critical programs.

  • Work in collaboration with Finance for budget management and prioritization.

  • Sheppard content through review (Legal, Ethics & Compliance, etc.)

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, marketing or related field with 2+ years pharma industry experience, MBA or equivalent Master’s degree is preferred

  • Minimum 4 years experience in operations with expertise in project management

  • Minimum 2 years experience in working with large teams. Experience with people leadership is preferred.

  • Have the ability to work collaboratively and coordinate cross-functional teams

  • Relevant competencies include developing and maintaining internal stakeholder relationships, project management, organization, effective written and verbal communication skills.

  • Must be results and solution oriented with ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Travel requirements:

  • 10% travel

U.S. Base Salary Range:

$149,100.00 - $234,300.00

The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.

U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
