ManpowerGroup Business Operations and Training Support Specialist in Cambridge, Massachusetts

Our client, a leading biopharmaceutical company, is seeking a Business Operations and Training Support Specialist to join their team.

Job Title: Business Operations and Training Support Specialist

Location: Cambridge, MA

Pay Range: up to $44/hr on W2

What's the Job?

  • Support management teams to ensure all Employee Training related topics, including documentation, training deadlines are completed

  • Support the management team in the implementation and the follow up of processes for Quality, EHS and Knowledge Management

  • Support DS Development Operations & Strategy team in different continuous improvement initiatives aiming to optimize ways of working in various areas (training, EHS, Quality,..) and contribute to the implementation in US.

  • Provide administrative support to the management team

  • Support the local team for issue management.

What's Needed?

  • BS in Biological sciences education with project management experience (Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Bio-engineering, Biomedical experience) And/or Project management, Business management & transformation, operational excellence education with scientific experience.

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in vaccines, biopharmaceuticals or scientific environment.

  • Proven Experience in Pharma R&D environment and a good understanding of Biopharma / vaccine development processes and biomanufacturing.

  • Understanding GSP and GMP practices & requirements.

  • Understanding of Quality (a.o; QMS, QA/QC).

  • Good knowledge of EHS (Environment, Health & safety).

  • Good stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.
