Business Analyst - SoftMax Pro provides requirements gathering, system design and architecture for a

global SoftMax Pro environment. The individual will provide the consulting skills required to analyze customer

needs and gaps to propose solutions for the desired state. He or she will work with business users and managers of

customers

responsibilities:

Requirements gathering for diverse user base across multiple sites

? Work closely with vendor (Molecular Devices) for upgrade path options

? Design system within customer's environment, understanding depencies and integrations

? Work closely with system architect and project managers to develop upgrade path

? Guide technical team for implementation of new environment

? Understand existing systems, instruments, methods and software to ensure minimal downtime for project

implementation

? Work collaboratively with discovery, engineering and expression groups at the local sites to optimize

research efficiencies through implementation of new version of SoftMax Pro

? Ensures adherence to client's corporate policies through periodic reporting and compliance programs

? Document procedures, policies, troubleshooting and best practices, compliant with GxP standards

qualifications:

• Experience level: Experienced

• Minimum 6 years of experience
