In alignment to our digital transformation, we launched a new major strategic initiative in 2023: the Biologics x AI Moonshot. This is positioned to be a unique data-driven team, with expertise in AI platforms, data engineering, ML operations, data science, computational biology, strategy, and beyond. We are working as one to identify, design, and scale state-of-the-art AI capabilities targeted to truly transform how we research biologics.

Who You Are:

You are a dynamic Business Analyst, interested in challenging the status quo, by having a deep understanding of business processes and value drivers, you can act as the intermediary between the business (large molecule research) and Digital, using a deep understanding of business processes and technology to achieve desired outcomes.

You have keen attention to detail and take the time to understand R&D stakeholders’ data and AI needs and challenges. You continually seek to improve your knowledge of new technologies and industry standards to drive the development of simple, yet effective solutions. You enjoy partnering with stakeholders to design and implement best-in-class products and platforms. You are a collaborative self-starter, see challenges as opportunities, and are results oriented.

Job Highlights:

  • Work with stakeholders to elicit high-level requirements and capture business and end user needs and define user requirements in the large molecule research R&D environment

  • Act as a powerful change manager – drive training material, communications, and product adoption efforts across the global Large Molecule Research teams

  • Assess the risks of various solutions and prioritize competing demands based on impact and strategy.

  • Act as a team player to collaborate closely with the Product Owner and CX team members that make up the front-end pod of the program

  • Liaise across all program streams, including the Data Foundations and AI methods streams, to build expert-level knowledge of the end-to-end platform being developed and deployed

Key Functional Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Experience conducting user research, user acceptance testing, product alignment, and breaking down functional and technical requirements for AI-driven solutions

  • Experience using or designing user-interface data analytics and visualization tools. Experience with user-interface analytics tools to track user metrics.

  • Accountable, Proactive, Collaborative and Agile

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to understand business needs. Strong capacity to develop consistent, clear analysis and report potential issues

  • Action orientated with ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-moving environment

  • Self-starter with excellent problem-solving ability

  • Ability to multi-task, takes initiatives and prioritize effectively

  • Positive team player who demonstrates collaboration and teamwork with internal and external stakeholders at all levels within the organization

  • Experience with pharma or biotechnology is a strong asset

Key Technical Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in computer sciences, engineering, business or equivalent degrees

Project management & support Tools:

JIRA projects & service desk, Confluence, Teams, SmartSheet.
