ManpowerGroup Administrative Assistant in Cambridge, Massachusetts

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the Operations team supporting multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, strong initiative, and ownership, which will align successfully in the organization. This candidate will have extensive experience within a large global company supporting events, heavy travel and calendar management.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Cambridge, MA

Pay Range: $37.00 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Provide direct executive support to multiple stakeholders

  • Provide executive support and managing calendaris, event/meeting planning

  • Expense management

  • Manage comprehensive international travel arrangements

  • Ensure faultless execution on tasks with exceptional attention to detail

  • Deal with highly confidential information

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

  • 5 years of administrative operations management, non-technical project management, direct executive support, or corporate event planning experience

  • Ability to work independently and without direct supervision. Ability to navigate, digest, and make decisions amidst uncertainty

  • Must be proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint

  • Experience with Web conferencing, LiveMeeting
