ManpowerGroup Administrative Assistant II in Cambridge, Massachusetts

Position: Administrative Assistant

Location: Cambridge, MA

Pay Rate : $30/hr.

Duration: 3 -month contract with potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and administer departmental systems and processes.

  • Prepare and proofread documents for articles, cases, and presentations.

  • Support faculty with teaching, including preparing handouts and coordinating class visitor arrangements.

  • Proctor exams and coordinate audiovisual support for classrooms.

  • Maintain course websites, produce seating charts, and update class lists.

  • Manage complex calendars, appointments, room and catering arrangements, and prepare meeting documents.

  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including itineraries, visas, and expense reimbursements.

  • Perform basic online research and manage accurate electronic and paper files.

  • Greet visitors and handle communication via phone, email, and mail.

  • Order office supplies.

Qualifications:

  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office; willingness to learn Harvard systems.

  • Familiarity with course management systems like Canvas preferred.

  • Experience with financial reimbursements and quick, accurate work is desirable.
