Job Description :


Strong organizational skills

Background of managing Web projects

Proven skillset of driving projects to completion

Excellent communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of productivity and communication programs

Experience working in a matrixed environment a plus

Content Marketing Skills a plus

Translation and Localization Oversight:

Coordinate the translation and localization efforts tailored to target markets.

Content and Technical Support:

Field questions related to content, CTAs, Eloqua forms, and address any issues encountered by the web team.

On-Call Support:

Be readily available to address and troubleshoot any challenges the web team encounters.

Communication Planning:

Develop and execute a comprehensive communication plan for the completion of the web project.

Galactic Nav and Poly Blog Integration:

Address and integrate Galactic Nav and Poly Blog elements into the overall web experience.

Meeting Facilitation:

Facilitate communication and meetings, ensuring effective collaboration across teams involved in the project.

Email Blast Creation:

Compile and execute an email blast to inform stakeholders about project updates and milestones.

Gap Analysis and Plan:

Address identified gaps and formulate a plan for ongoing improvements post-launch.

Post-Launch Support:

Handle requests and manage potential post-launch inquiries, ensuring a smooth transition.

Content Management:

Oversee content updates, ensuring accuracy and relevance on an ongoing basis.

Strategic Meetings:

Conduct meetings with WW GBU, category, and sales managers, facilitating effective communication across their organizations.

Escalation Management:

Handle escalations by documenting them in a sheet for resolution in March.

Communication Strategy:

Execute internal and external email blasts, outlining the progress and goals of the web project.

Collaboration and Integration:

Collaborate with various teams, including sales, WW category, local category, PR, and broader GBU, to ensure alignment with project objectives.

Newsletter Collaborations:

Engage in collaborations for newsletter content and distribution strategies.

Customer and Channel Partner Communications:

Manage and field communications at the global level for customers and channel partners.

Ownership Structure Clarification:

Clarify ownership structures, specifying what aspects will be edited globally and what will be managed at the market level.

Resource and Budget Decision Making:

Evaluate and choose between two options for resource allocation and budgeting, considering the level of involvement required for project management.

Global Web Experience Governance:

Align with the global marketing team to ensure the global (US) explore web experience is properly funded, owned, and managed.

Role Clarification for Ownership:

Clearly define and communicate roles and ownership for updates and additions across different web elements globally.

Content Cataloging:

Ensure the vast content store is cataloged and organized for both worldwide as well as markets to leverage effectively
