ASSIGNMENT SUMMARY

This is a project based temporary assignment. The assignment will be supporting pricing, promotion, and analysis of the competitive landscape. The temporary assignment will pay a rate of up to $20 hourly per hour worked during the assignment. The hourly rate will be dependent on the Team Member's geography and relative experience.

The assignment has an anticipated time frame of up to 30 days starting on or around July 5, 2024, and will require up to 20 hours worked weekly. This assignment should not at no point require the Team Member to work over 40 hours within a given week and 8 hours within a given day. The company reserves the right to change the terms of the assignment and modify or end the assignment at any time.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES

The primary duties and responsibilities while working on the assignment will be to support Executive Leadership in a competitive shop analysis. This includes gathering and reviewing data, and shopping at competitive locations to provide analysis and feedback on current 24-Hour Fitness offerings.

Responsibilities also include reporting and presenting findings to executive leadership and making recommendations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, EDUCATION AND ABILITIES

  • 1 year of customer service experience required.

  • Must be able to develop relationships and communicate with a varied audience including internal stake holders (club and corporate Team Members.)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.

  • College degree (A.A or B.S) preferred.

  • Experience in creating visual and or relevant verbal presentations that are data driven, compelling and fact based.

  • Physical Demands/ Environmental Conditions/Travel

  • The company will provide supplies and allowances to cover business expenses associated with this assignment. This includes but is not limited to a cell phone allowance, software access and company laptop. The Team Member must be able to complete the duties of the assignment in a location free of distraction either remotely from home, within a club office or at the Corporate office in Carlsbad (MSC)

  • Must be able to communicate via phone and/or email

  • Written and spoken English skills required

Compensation Summary

All Employees: Free Club Membership, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Basic Group Live and AD&D Insurance ($10,000), and 401k Savings and Investment Plan.

Average of 30 hours or more per week: Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits, Paid Time Off, and Sickness Benefits (in addition to the above).

Washington State : Receive 40 hours of sick time on your first day of employment. After 6 months of employment, accrue 1 hour of sick time for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum of 120 hours, inclusive of time carried over.

Actual offer may vary from posted hiring range based on location, work experience, and/or education.
