Junior

Financial Services Analysttojoin us insupport of our government customer, the NAVSEA ERP Business Office, based in Indian Head, MD.

Dutiesand Responsibilities:

Specific tasks include the following support for the NAVSEA Navy ERP Financial Services Team:

  • Performs routine tasks related to help desk support. Coordinate with functional subject matter experts to resolve end user issues.
  • Provides accounting transaction reconciliation support.
  • Supports master data management.
  • Supports production interface processing.
  • Assists in generating reporting and analyzing data.
  • Supports system testing for release management.
  • Supports production operations including monitoring interfaces and resolving interfacing data issues.
  • Supports documentation development of releases, upgrades, planned maintenance, schedules, standard operating procedures, and business process efforts.
  • Prepare documentation required for customer.

Qualifications:

  • Secret Clearance.Candidate selected will be subject to a Government background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. A FINAL Secret adjudicated clearance is required to start.
  • Two (2)years of relevant experience with IT systems or relevant business operations
  • Familiarity with help desk systems such as the National Help Desk Service Manager (NHDSM) or similar is desirable.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must work well independently; have the ability to interface with customers in senior/executive level positions.
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and must provide customer service both internally and externally.

Education Requirements

:

  • An Associates degree
  • A High School Diploma, and four (4) years of relevant experience with IT systems or relevant business operations can be substituted for the Associates Degree.
