Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Hiring: Lead the recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Optimize recruitment strategies for cost-effectiveness and ensure compliance with post-offer, pre-employment requirements.

• New Hire Onboarding: Conduct comprehensive orientations covering benefits, company policies, procedures, and company history to ensure new employees are well-integrated.

• Associate Relations: Serve as the primary contact for associate relation issues in the absence of the HR Director. Collaborate with relevant parties to resolve problems and keep the HR Director informed.

• Policy & Procedure Development: Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with company goals and compliance.

• Benefits Administration: Guide associates on benefits, directing them to PFG's Benefits Center. Ensure timely benefit elections and accurate data entry into HRIS.
