PART-TIME MAINTENANCE POSITION Qualifications:

• High School diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
• Valid Driver's License

Duties Include but Are Not Limited To:

• Daily Housekeeping (Sweeping, Mopping, and Trash Removal)
• Mowing/Lawn Care (Running Mower, weed eating, etc.), Snow & Ice Removal (Running Tractor, Salt Spreader, etc.)
• Heavy lifting may be required up to 50lbs.
• Checking with Offices Daily for tasks that may need completed.
• Ensures preventative maintenance is performed and directs activities of contractors.
• Report all maintenance issues to the Maintenance Supervisor or Commissioners Executive Assistant
• Additional duties and assignments as requested by the Maintenance Supervisor and Board of Commissioners which may include jobs or duties at the Courthouse, Fairgrounds, or any other County Facility
